We wrote the book on performance & learning

The Competencies for Performance and Learning Professionals© represent the standards by which training professionals in Canada are certified (CTDP and CTP), as well as the basis for the Canadian Awards for Training Excellence (CATE).


Robin co-authored the Competencies in 2010 and helped update and expand the Competencies in 2016, in partnership with the Institute for Performance and
Learning.

Robin is a Fellow in the LPI, and Approved Accreditatioon Mentor and an LPI Consultant.

The Institute for performance and learning (14PL) exists to elevate the performance and learning profession by setting the standards for excellence in professional practice through a competency framework, code of ethics, and sought-after professional designations.

Robin co-authored the competency framework, is a member of the Certification Commitee and mentor.
